Working Towards A Sustainable Future

BRIDGE teachers across all learning areas were able to use the resources in the toolkit as examples of how to incorporate Climate Change Education into their existing school curriculum.

These resources supported the climate change workshops focused on 'Working Towards A Sustainable Future'. The workshops explored local perspectives in Australia and Indonesia and discussed initiatives to embed the teaching of climate and sustainability into the curriculum.

The workshop will included:

  • Engaging presentations

  • Interactive discussions

  • Resource sharing

  • Teaching strategies

  • Local perspectives

The workshop strengthened school partnerships, fostered intercultural understanding, and enhanced pedagogical skills. Participants were encouraged, but not required, to attend with their partner educators.
