BRIDGE Collaborative Project Grants

The Australia–Indonesia BRIDGE School Partnerships Program offers grant opportunities that enable Australian and Indonesian partner schools to deepen collaboration, strengthen educator engagement and support meaningful learning experiences for students. All grant‑supported projects are aligned to DFAT priorities of gender equality, disability inclusion, social inclusion and climate change through partnership‑led collaboration.

BRIDGE Collaborative Projects

The BRIDGE Collaborative Projects Grant supports partnerships in developing and facilitating global classroom programs that focus on: 

  1. Student engagement through peer collaboration and digital pedagogy or;

  2. Professional learning with partner schools emphasising Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and Climate Change

Grant value: AUD $5,000 per partnership

How to apply: 
The BRIDGE Collaborative Projects Grants are advertised annually through an online application process. All schools with BRIDGE alumni that have sustained a relationship with their partner school are eligible to apply. Applications for 2026 have closed. Applications for 2027 open at the end of the year.
